Sanrio Introduces Men's Line of Hello Kitty Products

Sanrio's Hello Kitty Men Project: "Sorry, to Keep You Waiting Boys!"


Hello Kitty has been known to be a product only for women.  Because of this stereotype, Sanrio is now trying to make Hello Kitty appeal to men with their project Hello Kitty Men. This project will start next year, and right now there is little information on this project. Their first phase is to launch an exhibit at a department store, Hankyu's Men's Tokyo, where they will feature the Hello Kitty items on men's t-shirts. This event will start on September 10-16th. I wonder if this project will be successful. Hello Kitty already has a stigma for girls, and it will be hard to make men wear Hello Kitty. However, I am eager to see what they have in store. Maybe, I could finally persuade my husband to wear Hello Kitty. I do like Hello Kitty's tagline, "Sorry, to keep you waiting boys!"What do you think of Sanrio's project? Hello Kitty Cafe at Universal Studios Hollywood!

 Universal Studios Hollywood has opened a Hello Kitty Cafe! I am really excited about it opening! I hope that I can make a trip to it! I hope Universal Studios Orlando opens a Hello Kitty Cafe soon!
